本プライバシーポリシーは、株式会社みらいスタジオが Syde の利用にあたり取得する情報、その利用方法、および利用者の選択について説明するものです。Syde を利用することで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
・メールアドレス — サインインのため（パスワードは使わず、ワンタイムコードを利用します）。 ・プロフィール — ユーザー名・表示名・アバター・自己紹介・言語設定。 ・投稿コンテンツ — 動画・サムネイル・キャプション・コメント。 ・端末のプッシュトークン — 通知を有効にした場合のみ。毎日のクエストやお知らせの送信に使います。 ・利用イベント — アプリ起動・クエスト閲覧・動画閲覧・投稿（成功/失敗）などの簡易な分析情報。コア体験の理解に使います。
Syde の運営（サインイン、毎日のクエスト配信、フィード表示）、サービスの安全維持（通報対応）、プロダクト改善、および利用規約に記載のとおり Syde の宣伝（投稿動画を当社・第三者のマーケティングチャンネル（YouTube Shorts、Instagram Reels、TikTok 等）向けに再編集すること、ならびにコラボクエスト等に投稿された動画を含むコンテンツを、当社のパートナー（企業・自治体・団体等）のマーケティング・宣伝のために提供することを含む）のために利用します。
当社は Syde の運営のために次のサービスプロバイダを利用します: Supabase（データベース・認証・動画の保存）、Vercel（バックエンドのホスティング）、Expo（プッシュ通知）、Google（Firebase Analytics / Google アナリティクス 4 — アプリおよび当ウェブサイトの利用状況の計測。ウェブサイトでは Cookie 等の識別子を使用します）。宣伝コンテンツを公開する際、利用者の動画が上記の公開ソーシャルプラットフォーム上に表示されることがあります。また、利用規約第3条のライセンスに基づき、コラボクエスト等に投稿されたコンテンツを当社のパートナー（企業・自治体・団体等）に提供し、パートナーの SNS・広告・ウェブサイト等のマーケティングに利用させることがあります。当社は利用者の個人情報を販売しません。
データは上記プロバイダ上に保存され、アカウントが有効な間保管されます。コンテンツまたはアカウントを削除した場合、関連データを合理的な期間内に削除または匿名化します。ただし法令上の保管義務がある場合、または第三者プラットフォーム上に複製がすでに存在する場合を除きます。
アプリ内でプロフィールの編集、動画の削除、通知のオフ、アカウントの削除ができます。個人データへのアクセス・削除、または宣伝目的でのコンテンツ利用の停止を希望する場合は、当社にご連絡いただけます。

This Privacy Policy explains what 株式会社みらいスタジオ (Mirai Studio Inc.) collects when you use Syde, how we use it, and your choices. By using Syde you agree to this policy.
• Email address — for sign-in (we use one-time codes; no passwords). • Profile — username, display name, avatar, bio, and language. • Content you post — videos, thumbnails, captions, and comments. • Device push token — only if you enable notifications, so we can send the daily quest and updates. • Usage events — basic analytics such as opening the app, viewing a quest, viewing a video, and posting (success/failure), used to understand the core loop.
To run Syde (sign-in, delivering daily quests, showing feeds), to keep the service safe (handling reports), to improve the product, and — as described in the Terms — to promote Syde, including re-editing posted videos for our own and third-party marketing channels (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.), and providing content — including videos posted to collaboration quests — to our Partners (companies, local governments, and other organizations) for their marketing and promotion.
We use service providers to operate Syde: Supabase (database, authentication, and storage of your videos), Vercel (our backend hosting), Expo (push notifications), and Google (Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics 4 — to measure how the app and this website are used; the website uses cookies and similar identifiers). When we publish promotional content, your videos may appear on the public social platforms above. In addition, under the license in Section 3 of the Terms, we may provide content posted to collaboration quests and similar campaigns to our Partners (companies, local governments, and other organizations) for use in their social media, advertising, websites, and other marketing. We do not sell your personal information.
Your data is stored with our providers and kept while your account is active. If you delete content or your account, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it for legal reasons or where copies already exist on third-party platforms.
You can edit your profile, delete your videos, turn off notifications, and delete your account in the app. You may also contact us to access or delete your personal data, or to ask us to stop using your content for promotion.
