本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社みらいスタジオ（以下「当社」「Syde」）が提供するモバイルアプリ Syde の利用条件を定めるものです。アカウントを作成した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
Syde を利用するには、お住まいの国で契約を締結できる年齢に達している必要があります。アカウントで行われた行為について、利用者が責任を負います。Syde は現在招待制で、招待コードまたは順番待ち（waitlist）経由で参加できます。
利用者が投稿した動画・キャプション・コメントその他のコンテンツ（以下「ユーザーコンテンツ」）の権利は利用者に帰属します。利用者は自らのコンテンツに責任を持ち、動画に映る人物の権利を含め、それを共有する権利を有していることを保証するものとします。
利用者は、登録および Syde への投稿により、Syde の運営および宣伝、ならびに当社と提携する企業・自治体・団体等（以下「パートナー」）のマーケティング・宣伝を目的として、ユーザーコンテンツを利用・保存・複製・編集・改変・再編集・翻案・公開・配信・再許諾するための、非独占的・無償・世界的・サブライセンス可能なライセンスを当社に許諾します。これには、(a) 投稿されたクエスト動画を再編集し、当社自身のチャンネルおよび第三者のソーシャルメディア・マーケティングプラットフォーム（YouTube Shorts、Instagram Reels、TikTok 等）で再配信すること、(b) コラボクエスト（パートナーとのタイアップクエスト）に投稿された動画を含むユーザーコンテンツをパートナーに再許諾し、パートナーの SNS・広告・ウェブサイト等のマーケティングに利用させること、を明示的に含みます。本ライセンスは、本規約に同意することによりデフォルトで許諾され、個別の利用ごとの追加同意を要しません。利用者は、当社および当社が再許諾した第三者による本条に基づく利用に対して、著作者人格権を行使しないことに同意します。本ライセンスにより著作権が移転することはなく、また当社がユーザーコンテンツを単体の商品として販売する権利を取得するものでもありません。当社は合理的な範囲でクレジット表記を行うよう努め、元の投稿の趣旨を尊重した形での利用を心がけます。
利用者はアプリ内でいつでもユーザーコンテンツを削除できます。コンテンツまたはアカウントを削除した場合、当社は以後そのコンテンツを新たに宣伝利用すること、および新たにパートナーへ再許諾することを停止します。ただし、すでに第三者プラットフォームに公開された複製や、削除前にパートナーへ提供され制作・公開されたマーケティング素材は、削除に時間を要したり、当社の管理外で残存したりする場合があります。特定のコンテンツの宣伝利用の停止を希望する場合は、当社にご連絡いただけます。将来的に投稿単位のオプトアウト設定を追加する場合がありますが、それまでは上記ライセンスがデフォルトで適用されます。ご要望は第9条記載の連絡先までお願いします。
違法・嫌がらせ・差別的・未成年者を含む性的な内容・権利侵害・他者のプライバシーを侵害するコンテンツの投稿を禁止します。なりすましやサービスの濫用も禁止します。これらに違反するコンテンツの削除やアカウントの停止を行う場合があります。
利用者はアプリ内で動画やコメントを通報でき、任意のユーザーをブロックできます。ブロックすると、その相手の投稿はただちにあなたのフィードから消え、お互いに表示されなくなります。当社は通報を確認し（通常24時間以内）、不適切なコンテンツや迷惑ユーザーに対して、裁量によりコンテンツの削除や当該ユーザーの排除等の対応を行います。
Syde は現状有姿（as is）で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。サイドクエストはあくまで提案であり、参加は自己責任で行うものとし、利用者は自身の安全と各地域の法令の遵守について責任を負います。
当社は本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。変更後も利用を継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争は日本の裁判所で取り扱われます。お問い合わせ・ご要望: syde.contact@miraistudio.co.jp

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Syde, a mobile app operated by 株式会社みらいスタジオ (Mirai Studio Inc.) ("we", "us", "Syde"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Syde. You are responsible for activity under your account. Syde is currently invite-only; access is granted via invite code or the waiting list.
You keep ownership of the videos, captions, comments, and other content you post ("Your Content"). You are responsible for it and confirm you have the rights to share it, including the rights of anyone who appears in your videos.
By registering and posting on Syde, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, edit, modify, re-edit, adapt, publish, distribute, and sublicense Your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting Syde, and for the marketing and promotion of companies, local governments, and other organizations we partner with ("Partners"). This expressly includes (a) re-editing your quest videos and redistributing them on our own channels and on third-party social media and marketing platforms, including YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, and (b) sublicensing Your Content — including videos posted to collaboration quests (tie-up quests with Partners) — to Partners for use in their social media, advertising, websites, and other marketing. This license is granted by default when you agree to these Terms and does not require additional consent for each individual use. You agree not to assert moral rights against us or against third parties we sublicense under this section. This license does not transfer ownership, and it does not give us the right to sell Your Content as a standalone product. We will attribute or credit you where reasonable, and we aim to use Your Content in a way that reflects the spirit of the original post.
You can delete Your Content in the app at any time. If you delete content or your account, we will stop new promotional uses and new sublicenses of that content going forward, though copies already published to third-party platforms, and marketing materials already produced or published by Partners before deletion, may take time to remove or may persist outside our control. You may also contact us to request that we stop using specific content for promotion. A per-post opt-out setting may be added in the future; until then the license above applies by default. To make a request, contact us at the address in Section 9.
Don't post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, infringing, or that violates others' privacy. Don't impersonate others or abuse the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
You can report videos and comments in the app, and you can block any user. Blocking immediately removes that user's content from your feed and stops you from seeing each other. We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users, typically within 24 hours, and may remove content or remove offending users at our discretion.
Syde is provided "as is" without warranties. Side quests are suggestions; you take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and for following local laws.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Japan. Questions or requests: syde.contact@miraistudio.co.jp
